Microsoft? Cloud Computing? Really?
I’m trying to download Microsoft’s Windows 7 but their servers are absolutely crushed. Here’s the thing: how can Microsoft hope to compete in the cloud computing space if they can’t even configure servers to handle downloads of their most important release in 2009? This is fail on the magnitude of Amazon’s servers going down during the holiday shopping season. Instead Amazon’s servers didn’t blink once and it’s another sign that S3 is still the cloud computing champ.
