Great 4 ½ animated video that succinctly explains the current perils of food and what is necessary to ensure the future of food.

The video was produced by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. I’m hoping that the US’ own Department of Agriculture wises up, gets out of the corn subsidies business, and puts out something similar to inform our citizens.
