The covers of the Faber Finds book imprint are generated at print time based on a shape “vocabulary” abstracted from illustrator Marian Bantjes’ sketch templates.



Not only does the custom software generate a unique cover, the software has intelligent rules for judging whether the design is valid and “on brand” and will run through multiple iterations to achieve it.
