Typography test pages from Dear Lulu, a book resource for digital printing through Lulu. The book project was conceived during a two-day workshop at Germany’s Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences with Prof. Frank Philippin and London-based designer James Goggin.

The first section contains color portrait tests with photos reproduced as CMYK, RGB, Grayscale, and Half-tone.

The second section has line and pattern tests to show the capabilities with thick and thin lines and radiating patterns.

Last section with test for finishing capabilities - printing to the edge and paper trimming.

You can print the book through Lulu here or download it for free to test with your own online DIY printer.
