Engage Interactive has posted a tutorial for how to make orientation-specific content for the iPhone with code examples for layout, CSS, orientation detection, and iPhone/iTouch pre-loader page.
UPDATE: I’m thinking about setting this up for my blog so that full posts appear in portrait mode but in landscape mode, only photo posts would be displayed like a slideshow. Thoughts?
