Stunning. Soft ambient lighting via light-emitting glass. LEG?

Each 100W plate lights 40 square meters of space (somewhere between conventional incandescent bulb and a neon light in efficiency) and lasts 20 years (50,000 hours). The special 0.4mm Planilum-technology plates were co-developed by design firm, SAAZS, and materials engineers, Saint-Gobain Innovations.
