Ottolenghi is a London-based Mediterranean deli and restaurant. While the food and reviews look great, I’m especially intrigued by the toaster ovens they situate at every table. Apparently they’re placed there to allow customers to toast their own bread. Pretty cool concept and I think it would go over well in any cafe with access to quality bread. Nothing like DIY warm, toasty bread while you wait for your meal. (via normanncopenhagen.com)
