Fashion shoot by Brazilian photographer Jacques Dequeker

I’ll admit to watching Project Runway regularly. It’s an utterly foreign medium to me but as a graphic designer, it has a huge visual appeal. And when it comes to elaborate constructions like this dress, I am in completely awe of the asymmetrical three-dimensional effect. Pieces like this remind me of what I consider to be the crowning human achievement in sculpture: Bernini’s Apollo and Daphne.
